As the name so clearly states, Dinopark is a park where you can enter the mesmerizing world of Jurassic. This exciting place can be found in Romania, in Rasnov town, near Brasov City. The whole area is a touristic area, so you can have a lot of fun also visiting nearby attractions like The Bran Castle, The Rasnov Fortress, The Rasnov Cave, Zarnesti Bear Sanctuary or The Black Church in Brasov City.
Surprises in the Dinopark
The Dinopark is situated in the mountain area so you can admire the dinosaurs placed between the trees, under the bushes and up the mountain. If you travel with kids, they will be really happy to spend some time touching and playing with real sized dinosaurs. The specialists did a great work there and it is quite amazing. If you do not stand close to the dinosaurs you may as well think they are alive. However, it is very interesting to observe that many of the most known big sized reptiles were actually not that big after all.
I really enjoyed this park and I am sure that if I were a kid again I would have been blown away. The adults can also enjoy the trip and take a breath of fresh air strolling around in the mountain forest. If you like, you can also stop to the park’s restaurant to eat there.
When, Where, How Much?
It is best to visit the park in summer or autumn, but it is open also in winter. The visiting hours are, according to their website, from 9.30 o’clock in the morning, to 7.30 in the evening. As it is its first year of visiting, it is now unclear if this will also be the schedual in winter.
